On trouve également au premier niveau le coin salon (avec futon convertible), un coin salle à manger, un coin bureau avec deux grandes surfaces de travail, des toilettes, et la cuisine entièrement équipée (frigo, four traditionnel, cafetière, vaisselle...). A l'étage, sont situés : la chambre avec lit double Queen size et la salle de bain. Machine à laver le linge, Air conditionné (chaud / froid), Chaîne Hi- Fi, ventilateurs, télévision (câble en option), chauffage, linge de maison fourni. Idéal pour des personnes ou un couple recherchant le calme, l'espace et la lumière. Ce logement est aussi parfait pour y installer un bureau ou un studio de photographie.
