• PRICES :
  
  The rental prices for the apartments are in US dollars. The rental prices for rooms are in Argentine pesos. Unless otherwise specified, these prices include charges such as gas, electricity, water, local taxes, cable TV, Internet, telephone…
  
  
  CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT :
  
  ARRIVAL : An appointment will be arranged by common agreement, at which one of our representatives will ensure your check-in. Check times are between 9a.m. and 9p.m. If your arrival is outside of this time-window, please let us know. On your arrival at the rented premises, you will be welcomed by one of our representatives, and together you will complete the necessary formalities : establish the inventory and the state of repair of the premises, signature of the rental contract and handing over of the keys. At this time, you will also settle the rent and the security guarantee.
  
  DEPARTURE : Your time of departure will be fixed the day of your arrival. Check-out time is normally at 10h00a.m. but this can be renegotiated. The apartment must be left in the same state as it was in on your arrival. The keys must be handed back to our representative and your security deposit will be returned to you.
  
  
  BOOKING :
  
  First, choose the apartment of your liking and check its availability for the dates you desire. The prices and dates given on the web site are subject to confirmation from us.
  You will need to complete the booking request form for the apartment selected, giving your dates of stay. You will then receive an email from us confirming that the apartment is available for the dates you have requested. Within 48 hours of receiving our confirmation email, you will need to send us a deposit (equivalent to 10% or 20% of the total rental amount, depending on the apartment selected).
  The payment of the deposit can be made either :
  
   in cash ( in euros, US dollars, or Argentine pesos)
   by Western Union or MoneyGram (please note that you are liable for any charges incurred)
   Bank transfer (please note that you are liable for any charges incurred)
  Your booking will come into force only when the booking deposit has been paid. If the amount that we receive for your booking deposit is less that the amount agreed on by email, the balance must be paid at the time of check-in.
  
  
  CONFIRMATION :
  
  Once we have received your booking, we will send you a confirmation by email with the details of your rental.
  
  
  

  
  PAYMENT OF RENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT :
  
  Payment of the rent must be made on your arrival in the apartment, directly to the owner or to one of our representatives. You will be required to pay a security deposit, the amount of which depends on the length of your stay. The rent and security deposit must be paid in cash.
  
   For stays shorter than 1 month : equivalent to 1 week of rent.
   For stays of 1 month : equivalent to 2 weeks of rent.
   For stays longer than 1 month : equivalent to 1 month of rent.
  This guarantee deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
  
  
  ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE :
  
  Should you cause any damage to the apartment during your stay, you may be charged for these damages. The cost of repair will be deducted from the guarantee deposit. Should the cost of repair exceed the guarantee deposit amount, you will be billed for the difference outstanding.
  
  
  NUISANCES :
  
  During your stay, we suggest that you contact us in the event that any nuisances should occur affecting your stay.
  Should any unexpected event mean that we are unable to check you in to the apartment you have chosen, we undertake to find you another apartment of the same category.
  
  
  CANCELLATION :
  
  Should you cancel your booking, the booking fee will not be reimbursed.
