  Description : A charming town house (120m2) beautifully fitted out. The ground floor has a spacious lobby area equipped with a PC computer and telephone (limited to local calls). The dining area has an 8-seater table, piano, bookshelves and a hifi music centre. The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee-makers, toaster, microwave, dish-washer…). There is a large bedroom with a double and single bed, cable TV, air-conditioning and fan. A second loft-style bedroom with two single beds and sitting room area equipped with cable TV, cupboards, table and chairs. The main bathroom with bathtub is also on the ground floor. A short staircase leads to the second floor where there is a third bedroom (double bed and air-conditioning). Six steps up there is a second bathroom and a fourth bedroom with a single bed and cable TV. This floor also opens out onto the terrace, which is equipped with a "parrilla" (barbecue). Internet with Wifi covering the whole house. A weekly cleaning service is included and household linen is provided. Can sleep 8 people maximum.
  
  
  Location : "Belgrano C" district, in a peaceful residential sector that is also close to a lively commercial area.
  
  Nearby : 450 m from Juramento metro station (Line D), 200 m from Belgrano Square where a crafts fair is held every weekend and 350 m from Alberti Square and the spacious Barrancas de Belgrano park, and the capital’s China Town. 750 m from Belgrano C train station (15-minute ride to Retiro, the city centre).
