  Description : Very pleasant 3-room apartment (60m2), comfortable, calm, very light and airy with double orientation. The sitting room / dining room area has a very nice panoramic view of San Telmo and a balcony. The living-room also has air-conditioning and TV ;The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, tableware for 4 people, oven and freezer, coffee maker ;) with a small breakfast table and stools for 4 people. There is one single bedroom, very bright, and a larger bedroom with a very confortable KING - SIZE bed (it can also be 2 single beds). Both bedrooms have large cupboards, black-out curtains and a desk. The bathroom has a shower. Cable TV, Internet with Wifi connection. Household linen is provided. Optionnal cleaning service. Cell phone provide, very well equipped and located ! Sleeps 4.
